Which foods will improve your memory?

Blueberry – Various studies have shown that blueberry improve memory and cognitive function. This fruit has anthocyanins, which help in preventing memory loss that comes with aging.

Salmon – Salmon is rich with omega 3 fats, like other fatty fish, such as tuna, which contain omega 3 which, which directly affects memory. According to studies conducted in the U.S., those who eat fish at least once a week, have a better memory than those who do not eat fish.

Green Tea – According to many studies, drinking green tea improves cognitive functions. However, it should not exaggerate because it is quite enough to drink one or two cups of tea because of the amount of caffeine in it.
