2 Goose berry, 2 Carrots, 1 beetroot, lemon, a small Ginger piece, 10 leaves of Pudina,celery and curry, some Jagerry, Petals from 1 rose and 1 hibiscus flower, 1 sweet lime, a small cucumber, Grind it, seive it – add sugar if needed and drink

The other think we do is mix 7 different type of millet sprouts, ferment and make khanji and season it. Thats mostly dinner on week days.

For a vegan protein source boiled peanuts, grinded and fermented with curd overnight is a healthy breakfast – my breakfast on week days.
