So how to have a flat tummy?

Start exercising regularly, a minimum of twice a week, preferable before breakfast. Listen to your body but just slightly push yourself out of the comfort zone in a mixture of resistance and endurance training.

Watch your calorie intake. Eat plenty of vegetables and lean fish, white meat but avoid man made carbohydrates (especially bread), and reduce your alcohol intake.

Work your core stability muscles every day. Put reminders on your desk, phone, laptop to pull in your tummy muscles and have a tall posture when you are sitting as well as when you walk around.
