When your shoulders are rounded, the chest and shoulder muscles become tight and shorter and the upper back is weakened. Shoulder Blade Stretches exercises will help strengthen your upper back.To perform this exercise, sit on a chair maintaining good posture. Pull your shoulder blades backwards, hold for a few seconds and relax. Repeat this as many times as you can.
