Meditation is important

There is always a right time and place for everything. Select a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Do not meditate if you have had a heavy meal – wait for 2 hours in that case. Try to meditate in your own home at the same time and place – the results will be better. Best times are from 4 am to 6 am, but beginners can start at their time of convenience. It is ideal if one gets a proper guide/guru to initiate you into this great discipline – it will awaken you to greater truths and creativity.
