Start from the inside – Feed your tresses by eating a well balanced diet

Moisturise – Daily moisture is key but also remember to add a deep condition to your routine

Be gentle – Detangle with your fingers and feel for those knots

Trim those ends – Don’t hang on to strands which are split.

Avoid heat damage – Direct heat can have devastating effects on your hair, find alternative methods such as ‘Banding’ to stretch out your hair
